Cayenne pepper mouthwash

A lesser known use of cayenne is it’s ability to help eliminate gum disease. For mild cases of gum disease such as for slight gum inflammation or gingivitis, use a small pinch of cayenne powder on your toothbrush. While cayenne pepper contains a compound called capsaicin which also contains pain relieving properties that are effective in treating toothache.
