Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. I got braces yesterday, my mouth hurts so bad. I just bought some orajel , and it says apply to sore area and my whole mouth is sore. I apply it without overdosing? Use a cotton swab or your finger to apply the numbing gel to the areas of discomfort.
The gel may not taste fantastic, but it does help to desensitize the mouth and decrease the pain of shifting teeth.
