How can I safely gargle hydrogen peroxide? Is it okay to put hydrogen peroxide in your mouth? Why gargle with hydrogen peroxide? What are the health benefits of hydrogen peroxide?

I have rinsed my mouth with hydrogen peroxide before, but this is not the kind that is meant for the mouth.
