Mouthwash to numb mouth

What can cause numbness in my mouth? Should one rinse with mouthwash? Which mouthwash will kill the most oral bacteria? Does using mouthwash damage your teeth or gums?

Both adults and children can use magic mouthwash.

Further, the addition of antibiotics can help prevent severe mouth sores from getting infected. Eating or drinking something too hot or too spicy can also lead to a numb mouth. Chlorhexidine gluconate is a germicidal mouthwash that reduces bacteria in the mouth.

If you use mouthwash without removing that layer of plaque on your teeth and gums first, the chemicals cannot make contact with the surfaces you’re trying to clean. This might make it sound like the best time to use mouthwash is right after brushing – but there’s a caveat!
