The oral bacteria that the saturated saline attacks can be responsible for everything.
Continue this for several days, then rinse 3-times a day for the next weeks. You may start normal tooth brushing the day after the surgery or after bleeding is controlled. Salt water gargle is powerful at helping heal an infected throat or a col and is easy to make.
