Zero waste mouthwash

This recipe for mouthwash is easy - just the way I like it. The ingredients are distilled water, aloe vera, xylitol, and baking soda. This was inspired during my research in making aloe vera gel. Aloe vera is fabulous for dental health.

Just add water to these zero waste mouthwash tablets to freshen breath and maintain good oral health. The tablets are vegan and made from entirely natural and non-toxic ingredients, like organic spearmint oil, to restore a healthy pH balance to your mouth. Ingredients: cups of distilled water (boil it to distill it) big sprig of mint (fresh or dried is fine) tablespoon of baking soda.


This mouthwash contains baking soda , which is great because baking soda protects your teeth from acid wear since it neutralizes acid.
